Nice work, One thread that doesnt get old to me. Seeing a restored Tron is always awesome. Altho i personally like the solid buttons.

Thanks, I actually didn't purchase those buttons (previous owner did), I still may make them red... those buttons that are on it have illumination capability but I don't know their voltage or where to tap from.
 
So what was wrong with the PCB?

Well, I never fixed it. I think it's primarily a RAM problem on the bottom board of the stack.

I ended up putting two board sets together to get it working so I know which board is the issue now. Just need to order the right kind of RAM and replace it.
 
Awesome work! Kinda sad all this time and money I put into art pieces and I still dont have a TRON in my collection. I sold my last one in 2000 when I moved and havent found one local to restore or Id even buy one restored.
