So I have a Mace proto cab missing the board and HD. I know this wasn't the most popular game but keeping with the theme of restoring what we have. Should I pull the trigger on this? Seems kinda high, but what else do I do besides MAME??? When I say "MAME" Please understand it'll be just throwing a Jamma 1315-1 in it. No gay sideart, trackballs, flight sticks, and the such.

WOW if you really want to do it go for it.
But is it worth it ...NO
Is it worth it in the long run...maybe
MAME is good and cheaper.
The way i look at things... restore and keep alive is what i say and do!!!
Cause one day ill be gone but my restored games will still be here!!!

My mantra with this is hobby is "I'm not in this for the money" I really want to do justice for the game itself. If I can complete it, then so be it. BUT, I'm not going to just buy the first thing that comes up.

Haven't found a whole lot on the nets about this game. Just so happens this board is for sale. Something tells me not to do it. Thats why I'm asking.

Also, having a proto cab, if I do buy this board. Isn't it like having "damaged goods"/not the same. Hard to explain.

Email an offer, you never know. Hmmm, whats the chances the seller is a KLOV member and with all the hoopla on this one put his board up for sale with a generous price?

I sent Mr. Sinister and the Ebay guy a message. Mr. Sinister hasn't gotten back to me but the Ebay guy said 100+shipping. So 125.00. I think that's fair and would say yes, but I'd like to see what Mr Sinister wants for his.

Also, anyone dealt with gametimevault on ebay?

Glad to see it's getting a MACE board back in there. I actually liked this game quite a bit back in the day. Midway cabs tend to be too big to fit into my place, otherwise I'd want to track down either this or BioFREAKS.

Can we see some pictures of your proto cab?

Jaymax: Yes, and she ships as soon as I pick up the baord from my friend on Tuesday. He thanks you= P

Thanks to both of you for working with me and the extremely prompt replies on Ebay. I greatly appreciate it!!

My friend who I was selling the mACE board for also has a BioFreaks for sale. (PCB)

Oh, man.... too tempting.... Is he on here? Tell him to get in touch with me. I honestly have very little experience with Midway JAMMA (+) stuff (I'm mostly into stuff that's older, or JAMMA and Japanese.) but I'd be interested in that game, if it doesn't require some absurd harness/obcene amounts of rewiring in some cab.

That BioFreaks is unfinished as there are only a handful out there, so it depends on what you are offering so I can get back to him
