Bought this on KLOV a year ago. It worked great when I got it. I always intended to restore it but then it stopped working. I bought multiple extra boards to try and fix the issue. I was ready to give up on it and part it out (as seen on this forum). I told my buddy and resident Arcade guru that he could have the cabinet and I would take the monitor etc. instead of that though, my buddy took a stab at fixing it. He reflowed all of the boards and got it working. Once it was working we decided to do something unique with it. We replaced the rotted wood, most of the connectors, cables etc. and used an aluminum laminate instead of matching the paint. It looks fantastic! The only issue which I'm probably not going to pursue is that the new artwork doesn't match the original in that there are two left sides instead of a left and a right. This one is staying in the collection now thanks to my buddy. I learned a lot doing this restoration and hope it serves as inspiration to others. Considering how many M.A.C.H 3 machines were made you don't see it talked about much, let alone restored. I hope you enjoy.
