I installed a new LV2000 testing with P100 removed voltages read 26v and both LEDs are lite on the LV2000. When I plug in P100 one LED goes out? I can see some Tempest image squished in the lower corner of the monitor.

Narrow it down. Unplug everything but the P100. Test. Then plug in the two small connectors. test. then plug in each of the three transistor connectors, testing after each one. Figure out where the problem is.

You can also disconnect the two connectors to the HV cage and test to see if a problem there is causing it...

I've had an LV2000 with a bad solder joint and one with a bad transistor. Don't overlook this in your troubleshooting just because the board is new....

What he said. Guessing a bad bottlecap transistor or connection/cold solder joint/grounding issue
