First, what's the difference between the LV2000 and the LV2000 light from a practical standpoint? It appears to me that the light is the better device but it's less expensive than its big brother. Is that just because some people want to pay extra to be able to adjust their own voltages manually?

And quesiton #2....does anyone sell this board who also sells cap-kits for the 6100? It would be nice to be able to order both from the same place and save on shipping.

the lv2000 has adjustment pots for the low voltage where the lv lite doesn't. mylstar has them @ videogameparts.com, and arcadeshop has both the lv2000 and cap kit.

however - what i'd realistically do is
get the bob roberts supreme rebuild kit, and get the lv6100 from mark spaeth ([email protected]). his is better quality than the lv2000 and does the same thing.

Thanks. Good info. Mark won't sell to me any more though. He was offended by the Sundance thing. Actually, he was offended because I asked a question about him that he didn't like but he claims it's because of the Sundance thing. heh.

the only thing i'd do before getting everything from arcadeshop is try to confirm if their extra parts kit has all the same stuff the bob kit has... otherwise i'd buy the bob kit which is $40 iirc and get the lv somewhere else.
