Some sellers are unfortunately bad communicators. I guess we have to live with that, but as you have noticed there always are other channels where we can get our stuff.

I have discovered that "Customer service" can get sketchy when it comes to buying arcade parts for some reason. Even with stores like GGG and Arcadeshop, "customer service" doesn't always appear to be the priority or held in the same importance as when I've worked retail.

Hey, I can appreceate that it's a persons' side-business and not their full-job.
But this is a smack in the face of an existing customer, one who apparently was interesting when he had a big order, but not when he came back for a small one (the funny thing is, IF they had been available I probably would have ordered three ZZPU boards a couple of months ago as well).
