Hello. I haven't been around regularly in a while and am looking to have my LL restored. Has there been any development of conversion kit for LL to VGA like the Vector VGA product?

I would love to bulletproof my LL and would even consider MAME at this point if it was decent looking enough.

Thanks

Chris

you do know this is a Vintage Arcade Preservation Society right? It is on the top left and just to the left of the klov.com.

So is anyone aware of a monitor conversion for the LL? It seems to be the achilles heel of the machine. I have had it for about 2 years and had it working for only a few months between repairs.

Send it to Chad @ arcadecup for repair/bulletproofing.

Sounds like you need to find a better repairperson. B&W vector stuff is very simple and tends to fail in a handful of well-known and easily fixable ways.

Vector is vector, there is no substitute.

I purchased a replacement/refurbished HV cage from member "Nash" in July of 2010. It fixed the problem but it went out again a month or so later. I put it in storage and decided to wait until I could get it properly repaired or rebuilt.
