Lunar Lander: 2025.

Well things have gotten more interesting, here. I thought I'd get the marquee lit on this game today, as that's always a huge motivator for me. Steps taken:

I pulled the original bulb and replaced with a known good one, no change

I replaced the starter, no change.

I cleaned the connector going to the assembly, no change.

So I started looking at the fuses. I then noticed the attached sticker on the brick. The power cord has also had a new end on it. Could I be looking at a Euro cab, here?

The wiring up to the light is black TAN white versus black GREEN white as defined in the schem, and, I'm more used to. Also, the power switch is like a flat, black plastic type toggle switch rather than a metal bulb like one from that era. That's some gauge wire, there:20251024_122350.jpg20251024_122448.jpg

Threw the DMM on the source side of that lamp connector, with the black lead on the black wire and the red lead on the white wire, 122VAC are making it up there. Since I've already tried swapping the bulb, and, starter, looks like a ballast swap may be in order. I hate doing those:|
