What do you guys think? My concerns would be possible heat issues. But it does make the boards a lot easier to store on a shelf.

 
I saw this the other day too and I like the idea and I think it works for most games, I would only be concerned about heat on certain games. If this were done with a similar yet slightly perforated material it might work even better. Either way it would sure help cut down on broken components and bent pins.
 
I think storage is the real problem with PCBs. Need something like a CD rack.

I've been using USPS flat rate and regional rate boxes for the past few years and it's worked out good. (plus they're already boxed if I sell em) They take up a lot of space but they're uniform and look nice, easy to label on the ends. I've bricked out a few closests now with them. My girlfriend was not as impressed as I was at the sight.
