Lowest - or Highest - Serial Numbers

Wrote down some of mine today...

Couldnt find the number on my Kangaroo or Gorf CT. And my Ms Pac is being babysat at my sister in laws house.

The Gorf CT should have the serial stamped on the top edge of the cab where the top sits.

Kangaroo has a tag on the back that is most likely missing. Should have cab number on AR, PCB, Power brick and monitor. If all those or most match, it is a safe assumption that it is tha same as the cab #

Does anyone know where to find the #s on a Track & Field Cocktail? I've heard there were only about 500 made from a few different people but the one listed here is 1054. Is that #54 then? If so I may have a nice low nimber if the number I'm looking at is the serial. Hard to tell because my machine had silverfish in if when I got it and they ate some of the stickers and papers in it.

Also, I have a couple to add to the list.

Return of the Jedi UR00283

Galaga 88 Gal0475 all matching parts

Zookeeper - 156557
Showdown - 17326
Eliminator (UR) - my cabinet has the original sticker: "ELIMINATOR WDG}" S/N 186438. Over that sticker is another sticker: "ELIMINATOR NE" S/N 193556. Not sure why you'd need to convert an Eliminator upright to an Eliminator upright...
Discs of Tron Environmental - 362
Eliminator (4-player) - sticker says "ELIMINATOR 4-PLAYER D" S/N 196492. Cabinet is stamped "251" and has "251" written in green on the inside of the access door.
Tapper Budweiser - 1420
Sinistar - 619926
Cruis'n USA sitdown - 100186

Both of mine have a tag stapled inside on the opposite wall of the PCB.

Well my T&F cocktail has a white tag with 1001 on it. The outer edges are chewed up so its hard to see if it says serial in front of it.

Post a picture of the tag. That is probably the serial #.
I have never heard a production number on these. I have seen 5 or 6 of them in the past few years so 500 might be a low estimate. But, you never know.

Well here is the tag from my upright. I would say 001001 is your serial number. It would be really interesting if they started with 001000 on the cocktails.

Are serial numbers sequential per cabinet type per game, or just per game? For example, my Wizard of Wor cocktail is serial number 284; could there also be an UR or cabaret with the same serial number?

That is a very good question. I would like to know if anyone can shed some light on that.

I would assume it goes by game not cabinet type but who knows.

I think most of them are sequential and start at 0001. But not all of them. The Williams numbers might seem to start where ever the last run ended. It all seems to be at the whim of the manufacturer.
