I just bought a used golden tee classic and when I turn it on it says low voltage and when the game comes up their is about half a inch of area from the top on the monitor that is wavy for about 10min then it goes away. The game plays fine and doesn't turn off. I know its not my outlet because I have other machines out there. Plus it was doing this at his house.

I noticed the plug from the power supply to the wall is a bit beat. Can I replace that with a pc power cord? Could that be the issue? If not what should I try? Turning up the power supply?

Thanks.

If your power supply has an adjustment pot, then you put a meter on the power connector where it plugs into the gameboard and adjust it up to +5.10. That should make your "low voltage" message go away. If you can't adjust it, or it won't go up to 5.10, then you need to replace the power supply.

As for your 10 mins of weirdness on the monitor, you most likely need to have the monitor rebuilt....
