I am blessed to have a very nice line up of pins.

Spider-Man, STTNG, Twilight Zone, Apollo 13 and Medieval Madness. I love each of them but I must say the STTNG is the clear favorite. I got it from a garage and brought it back to a glorious state.

Being a Star Trek fan really helps, but I never bought a t-shirt or went to a convention. I just like the show and sci-fi in general. Before I owned a pin, I had heard of it and thought it was a little dorky for my tastes, but that was not the case at all. As good as TZ and MM are, the theme for me along with the music make STTNG my favorite. I just love it. The shots, voices, music, playfield colors and even the cannons make it better than the others. An extremely cool game. If your considering one, you wont regret it. The first time the playfiled lights went dark and the Borg voice came on with the single spotlight beneath the Borg ship, the hair on my neck stood up. Totally awesome.

Here's to you Mr. STTNG pinball!

Stng

do the full LED kit if you havnt already, really makes the machine come to life!
I got mine for $1000 not working but it was in great condition, put about another $1000 into it and now looks awsome! Also I see the price one this machine has been climbing lately, must be more demand. O and get the Gag sound roms, very funny!

Funny, you have 3 games I really like a lot, among my faves, ad 2 that I really don't care for (TZ, STTNG). I'm obviously in the minority for these, but I just don't like them. (And I do like some Widebodies like RS, WWF, GnR). At least I like most of your collection! :)

You may not remember this but I have WoZ #62 coming so we will share that one also :)

I'm experimenting with some LEDs now. My TZ has a mixture that's well done IMHO.

I could have not said it better. STTNG is still my all time favorite machine!

I love STTNG. I think it's easily Ritchie's best pin. It's also one of the absolute best bargains out there. If it was a more popular theme, it would be a $4,000 game.

Right on! I agree, STTNG is my personal favorite pinball. I have spent more money playing that pinball machine more than any other. One day I will have in my collection. A masterpiece of gaming goodness IMO.

So you don't like TZ and STTNG, but like WWF? Seriously?

I do not love/hate the theme, but it is a fun, good looking machine. I don't know what it is about this machine, but I think I am worse at this one than any other pin.

I go back and forth on STTNG. I don't think I'd put it in my top 3, maybe top 10 though. I think the game software was never fully-finished. I wish the modes stacked; the video mode is not random so once you learn the cavern pattern there's no challenge to it at all - that's a cardinal sin in game design. I don't know what they were thinking.

This is because it is the best pinball game ever made! Not for the faint of heart or lesser players as it is unforgiving.

Awesome. =\ I'm not really expecting to find a deal like that, but it's one of the few games I would buy broken knowing that I didn't have the skills to fix it myself.

Board work scares me, but I'd pay someone else to do it for that. :|

It is a ton of work to keep working correctly or get working correctly. The cannons wire harnesses and the trough optos are notorious for being touchy. I needed a ton of help to get mine dialed in, but it is so worth it.
