Pretty sure you would get 2 sets of chips. The original T&F chips and 'Donkey Kong Classics' chips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDd02CUnBHQ . The menu would most likely display T&F for either chip sets unless the DK name ID chip is also included.

Yeah you would have got both Rom sets like acg12xu said. Sorry I been out of town all weekend and couldn't respond right away all the time. That cart was sold before you make the post here, but figured its still good for you to know. I sold a few of these already so next time you'll know.

4. Gaunlet Legends works, cab is pretty nice, monitor needs adjustment down a little might need a cap or pot or adjustment, not sure, but picture looks great and its a WG med-red 27" (SOLD)
