Lot of 12 Ms Pac-Man machines in MD (not mine)

Coinopwarehouse in Gaithersburg, MD. i think he actually had more pacs than that. I know some members on here get games from this place all the time, and the owner supposedly sells tons of project games for real cheap. :) I wanna get down there and check out his warehouse sometime. He's on Facebook as "coinopwarehouse" and puts deals up on there.

it looked kidna neat.

"Kidna Neat" I like it. It has a better ring to it than "Ferotte Neat" or even "Collins Neat".

well then get on it man!!! DOn't let us get all the good deals. I just raided him again yesterday, got some stuff on monday too since I was off work. Always remember, you gotta get there as soon as stuff comes in or it'll be gone before the day is over. On monday he had like 100+ boards and tons of artwork and marquees. I went nuts in there for like an hour and a half. I have never seen so many golden tee boards and kits in my entire life lol

ahh im not that worried about it bro. i have come to find out that pretty much ANY arcade game is pretty easily obtainable for cheap (or in my recent cases free). After my star wars pickup for $150 i feel anything can be had cheap. Even cheaper than this guy lol. Just gotta know where to look. Plus i don't have the constant cash to blow on games every week. Im only looking for games i like, Its not like there is much money to be made on a sub par arcade after fixing it up. You had to pretty much give away ur shinobi and super chase didnt ya? Our area sucks for reselling these big wooden turds lol.

Im one of those (buy a complete non working game for $50.00 kinda guys). :)

Do you just base queries from his Facebook posts? How do you know what's in/available?

*I bought a mostly working game from him long time ago when he was still in Herndon.

I really dunno. He has a want list of mine and actually emailed me yesterday saying he has 2 games off my list. But I asked for condition and pics and have not heard anything back. But I'm actually an hour and a half from gaithersburg so I'm not gonna just ride down there without any description. I mean could be a double dragon in a toobin cab for all I know LOL. (Just an example). He don't seem to post many vids on Facebook, mostly Jukes. So being the drive for me , I wouldn't just roll down there to dig through golden tee boards, unless he had a game I was looking for. And provided pics. And from his other fb posts it looks like he sells most. Non working project games for 200 bucks, which ain't giving em away.

Only reason I have cash to blow on games every week is because I buy sought after titles for cheap from Lloyd,do a mild restore, sell it and make double what I spent on it or more sometimes in the same week. Thats the reason why my collection is as large as it is,from flipping machines, not cause I'm loaded (i wish). All of my game cash is generated from within the hobby itself, none of it comes from my full time job. That's for the kids and the household and is also the reason why I am still married lol. As long as the bills and everything are taken care of,the game flipping money gets spent on any machines I want. As far as the SHinobi and super chase,I had a change of heart on selling the Shinobi as that was my first extensive resto so I have a connection with that machine. The Super chase got me exactly what I was asking for it and from a KLOV'r no less who also bought two more games from me immediately after. That cash from those three allowed me to buy a pinball machine and four more games. See how that worked for me? Try flipping man, your collection will explode.

I base queries on just going out to him, thats the only way to find out if anything works. His motto is "I don't plug shit in" and he never does unless it's a very high dollar/demand item or jukebox. Games are just a small part of his business and the real money is in the jukeboxes for him thats why his games are so cheap. He buys cheap and sells cheap. If he didn't have as many people asking him for games as he does he wouldn't bother selling games at all cause he says they barely bring in any money so I feel extremely greatful that we have him around and I definately would'nt be in the hobby if it were'nt for him. He is extremely busy day in and day out monitoring the phones and constant emails. He has two guys working for him that pickup, drop machines off at the shop, and sometimes immediately hit the road again so none of them including him have time to plug anything in to see if it works.

He does not have time to give descriptions you have to just wing it. If it's something I have been wanting for awhile I just say what the hell and go see what it looks like.Sometimes you get lucky.Non working games barely ever go for $200 there, maybe $100-$150 depending on title. He sold me a very nice Ultimate MK3 in a Dynamo cab and a working dedicated Simpsons for $150 each!!!! Now if those prices don't get you in there buying I don't know what will.

oh i feel ya bro, thats a sick price on the simpsons. And i totally see where your coming from on the resto side of it. But spending $150.00 on a machine and putting in $50.00 in parts and then selling it for $250.00 or even $300.00 "ain't enough meat left on the bone" as pickers would say lol, for me personally lol. Now buying a $50.00 game, investing $50.00 in new parts and selling it for $300.00 feels a little better lol. But im sure if you have the room/tools/time/desire then it makes it worth it. Once i finish my garage i plan to make a nice work area as well. Right now i work on games outta my parents basement and it sucks! lol.

But like ya said man, if its a title u really want then heck yea, id buy one all day long for 150 and fix her up to keep. He told me he had a wwf superstars down there he said. Which is a "sentimental value" game for me. But the cash is tight this week, and im not sure if its dedicated and he never provided pics. Next time your down there please lemme know how it looks if its still there, or snap a pic with ur phone. that would be awesome!

But i love working on games, and once i have more room it should be much cooler. I have a 28'by40' garage up already. Getting the roof put on when the weather gets nice. Can't wait! :)

How long ago did he tell you he had the wwf? I was there this morning and didn't see it so more than likely it's gone. Sweet to hear aout the new garage, your gonna go crazy with games then, just wait lol

It was like last thurs. i believe. Its cool tho i didn't have the extra dough to drop on any games ATM, unless they are dirt cheap.

Perhaps we can keep this thread going posting any info on new arcades Lloyd may have that he doesn't mention on Facebook?

Well, the only way you would find out what he has outside of facebook would be to call or go there. He gets so much that he never makes a list or remembers what he gets,so more then likely you'll end up just going. He got in about 20 new games yesterday but notice that he only posted the two red tents on facebook,so if you called and asked what the other games were he may be able to tell you what 3 of the titles are if that.

Devin since you seem to go up there everyday how about just post in here what he has? Heck you might even be able to make some money for finding games for people. Seems to be the easiest idea to me.
