I rebuilt this game a few years ago, but hardly play it.
The PF is clearcoated and waxed.
I rebuilt the flippers and replaced one of the 2 coils.
Everything moves freely when moved manually. I remember checking voltage years ago and it was spot on.

I have played 2 different Lost World games recently and both of those games play much faster, and the flippers were noticeably stronger.

What gives here....where do I begin diagnosis!?>????

Thanks!

End of stroke switches replaced with new ones? Are they adjusted properly?

Flipper button (cabinet) switches replaced with new ones and adjusted properly?

Nylon flipper bushings replaced?

Nylon flipper coils sleeves replaced?

Solenoid driver board connector header pins resoldered near the flipper relay?

How are the flipper relay contacts? Pitted and burned?

no, but this is Bally Lost World????
How are the flipper relay contacts? Pitted and burned? On a Lost World? This isnt Jurassic Park. Sorry If im incorrect!

I will re-check that stuff now, but im pretty sure its all good.

doublecheck the end of stroke switches again. The high voltage runs thru them and if they arent making dead solid contact you dont get full voltage

Im sure the flipper relay contacts Kens talking about are the ones inside the cabinet wall that the fire button presses closed when you press the flipper buttons. Ive had to do serious filing on some of them in the past to get them working

Check J2 on the power supply (transformer)....the ground is important.
Check the header pins on the solenoid driver board J1 and J2.
Also....are the flipper coils the correct ones? AQ 25-500 / 34-4500
Hope that helps....

I moved the flipper mechanism off of the flipper bushing and that helped. I also cleaned/waxed everything and it made it a bit better.
The right flipper still has issues, Im gonna swap out the coil and see what happens.
Everything else is is perfect adjustment and brand new.
Thanks for all the help!
