Lost Highway Arcade Party in MN....

It was a great time - thanks again for the invite. I really wish I could have stayed later... and I'm surprised the 'time-pilot' didn't fall into a rip in reality and end up in some other game room.

Like previously mentioned, you have to be there to get the feel and take in the whole thing - there is just something about it that can not be captured in a photo. I think 'atmosphere' has plenty to do with it as well - in my case it reminded me of the very first time I was in the local arcade - not a place with a few games but the full-blown arcade with the murals on the walls, the game sounds blended with 80s music, etc.... or maybe it was the beer... either way I can't wait for the next one! Great job John!!

Thanks again John for the invite. It was great seeing your arcade in person and meeting your family. I also didn't want to leave and never realized how much fun it is to play Sea Wolf. Also, thanks again for the Gorf tips.

Jim

Glad to have ya, Jim! I can't even tell you how much fun it was to have you and the other guys to talk to, laugh with, and share the games. Come back anytime....

I'm hoping to have parties more often now, Duane. We'll see you soon for sure....

WOW!!! Thanks for posting these shots up....

You are setting the bar quite high for home arcades! That mural is over the top and the detail is amazing! Of course...I love your game selection.

Hmmmmmmm......how far of a drive is it from Detroit!

OUTSTANDING John!!!

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. I just now saw this thread. (Thanks for the PM!) That is bad ASS, John!!! Well done!

Nice link there John. Your arcade had definitely changed since last year for sure! If you need any other mural artwork, keep me in mind as well! ;) See you at your 'cade tomorrow!
