Sam, I'm disappointed in you. I'd have thought you'd have ordered at least 5 of these by now.

Remember, Mike had said that these are manually assembled/soldered so I imagine it's very time consuming to make one of these. They're not going to come flowing out in great quantities all at once... I'd be surprised if there wasn't a prolonged delivery period for everyone's orders...

Yea, I suppose I should have sent Mike a PM. I asked a few posts back if they were ready to order and never saw a reply.
I know I need one complete sound board for the Sega Multi kit I haven't installed yet but I wonder if I should buy 2 so I'll have one if my original sound boards ever crap out. I don't know if I should buy the Universal modules. My Universal sound boards are working but it would be nice to have a new backup for each. The problem is the game funds are still rather low, still haven't recovered form the Stern Star Trek LE purchase.

I'm wondering if anyone else ever got their multi-sound kits yet. I paid for mine back on Jan. 5, 2014 ($365) and never even got a confirmation. I paid via Paypal invoice that Mike sent himself so I know that he got it. I emailed Mike a week ago and was ignored. I suppose it's possible that his email address has changed since then but I don't know. I know that building these things takes time but it has been 10+ months for me so I didn't expect that one little acknowledgement was too much to ask. Apparently I was wrong. Yeah, my feelings are a bit hurt. I expected better.

What do the rest of you think I should do? Just wait or what?

Shown above (or below) in this thread. Got 2 of 3 modules. Received back in May on the date of the post. Sadly my G08 died so I have not tried it.

I think the presence of one of these kits (even when not installed) is enough to cause G08s to die.

Mike has answered my pm and was very nice about the problem. He said that I emailed to the VL paypal address and not the normal support address so he didn't notice it. Totally understandable so my bad. He also said that he shipped last Apr. 7, a way long time ago, so I guess since I never said anything before now then he assumed all was fine. The problem was that I never was aware that he had shipped so I thought I was still waiting in line. He's going to try to track it from his end so it might be a few days or even longer before he knows anything. Man, it would really suck if the boards are totally lost in the vapor. It makes you wonder where lost packages actually end up, like socks in the dryer.

Does your neighbour own a Sega XY cab? Might want to check there first.

From personal experience, US-to-CAN shipments for me - maybe one every four years or so go missing. Latest was just this year - some posters. Not a big ticket item, but still, very frustrating for everyone involved.

Needless, most packages including tracking #'s these days, not too much trouble for a seller/shipper to include that in a quick email - IMHO.

I hope you find the missing package.
