Looking for help on blue tinted monitor

Fired up my Neo Geo conversion and saw this. Don't know where to start. Thanks in advance.

you need to turn down the screen pot on the flyback.

it looks to be green and red are missing.

that chassis also needs a cap kit and flyback.
it has all old parts on it and they can cause problems.

wile you have it out, you need to re-flow the chassis and neck board.

i am willing to bet you have cracked solder joints on the video input header.

if you need parts i have them.

since everything looks original i would definitely start with cap kit and reflow and see what you get. i have the kits for hundreds of chassis in stock and ship same day plus most any other part you may need. my kit has cap up to 10,000 hour and the best low esr caps so you only cap it once.

I checked all connectors and cleaned them, connected everything back up and it seems to be working.however I think you guys are right it definitely needs a the fly back and cap replacement is in order.
