We are looking to add a gun game to the collection. I just wanted some opinions on what game has a good replay ability. I am afraid it will get old quick. Thought I would ask everyone here to get some ideas.

Thanks

Toby

I love the EMs my one worry is that they may be a ton of work. I own 2 EM pins and they were a bit to get working do the EM shooter have the same qwirks. Just so I can be prepared.

I have looked at police trainer and has been one of my maybe choices.

Good stuff keep it comming.

Namco Pointblank! I loved playing that as a kid. The animations and variety of shooting frames are awesome. Especially with the guns that cock back with every shot. Very cool.

The old EMs are pretty cool too, but I wonder how hard they are to up keep.

IMO the way to go is the Exidy shooters. Crossbow, Cheyenne and Chiller are great titles. If you can somehow score one of the 440 multi kits that were just produced in a limited run then you'd be set. I've played the area 51's and such and they have little replay value. EM's look cool and I imagine are fun but the up keep is likely a pain in the long run.

Police Trainer is the one game I always go back to. In very few gun games is actual skill rewarded. This is one of those games.

I agree, plus you can swap in lots of other Jamma shooting games.

I would really love to add a Police trainer 2 to my rotation of boards.

totally agree with you on this one.

any of the exidy "C" games are great....

CHEYENNE
CROSSBOW
CHILLER
CRACKSHOT
COMBAT

i agree with this list too.
ive really enjoyed my Cheyenne. the ghost town and graveyard scenes are awesome!
ive been waiting for the new sideart now going on about two years. hope it gets completed soon.

Namco Pointblank!
I agree with Point Blank / Point Blank 2. With Jamma boards though you can buy a lot of cheap shooting game boards and swap them out. Lethal Enforcers is also a lot of fun. The regular campaign gets old but playing the training part against someone is always a lot of fun.

My favorites are as follows:
1. Zombie Raid
2. Space Gun
3. T2
4. Jurasic Park Sit Down.
5. Max Force/Area 51 combo
6. The VS gun games like Duck Hunt, Wild Gunman, or Hogan's Alley
7. Chiller would be much higher except you can' find or afford it. At least I can't
