Hey all.
Took my one day off....er half day off at least to go pick this one up off a semi local KLOVer. Thanks Fred...you know who you are. I reckon its working except for the monitor which has a busted neck. Critical damage I know, but I think I can fix it. I think I found a spare tube setting around in the storage building. It should be good as new in no time,...or within a year. Whichever comes first. And before anyone asks, it is currently being stored in our barn. Don't hate me. I'll try not to leave it for too awful long.

cool. Space Duel is on my long list of wants.

word of advice if you're going to leave it out there for any amount of time: pull that marquee and bring it inside to keep it from flaking.

That is too nice to store in a barn... ;)

Good luck on the tube hunt. They come up often enough that you will be able to get one. Space Duel is certainly one of my favorites. Congrats!

Thought that was Black Widow at first from the sides. But seems like a cool game to play. Congrats my friend!

Looks minty on the outside!!!!! Good score!!!!! Did you see the dead one on the last row at the past Kingsport auction??? I would have picked it up but I had a three hour drive ahead of me so I hit the road before they got to it.........

Can I get you to train my cats????? Nice find. I bought a complete one for $75 on ebay years ago and it has been in my collection ever since.

I did see the one at Kingsport but didn't buy it because it was missing the monitor completely. Otherwise, I was really tempted to pick it up. But the only thing of any use would be the pcb, and I wasn't sure it was there either. So I passed on it. This one supposedly plays blind, and has all the parts. I picked it up for the pcb and monitor boards. But once I get my spare monitor going, I will try the transplant and make sure its working 100%.
