How often do you see these two games side by side WORKING!!!!

I still need to clean them up etc - but at least I've gotten this far with them.

. That looks great. Now I'm getting mad about that Mille Miglia 2 deal all over again. I want a driving game.... <pouty face>

A rare sight indeed! I wouldn't mind owning a Pole Position, but reading about how problematic they can be makes me think...ummm,I think I'll stick to playing it on MAME for the time being.

I guess we will see - hopefully I wont have too many problems down the road...

My PPII has been rock solid around 10 years (since I bought it). I do have a switcher installed tho so maybe that is why .. I hate those smokey R29's! :)

i see it pretty often.....

going on both working for over 2 years now.....
If you look closely, the PP1 actually has final lap 2 running. Both of those cabs have 4 or 5 driving games a piece in them. Including PP1 and PP2 in their respective cabs. All original hardware with parallel port switches switching between them.
Both of them have final lap 2's and Great 1000 mile rally 2's in them, linked together. Other driving games in them - great 1000 mile rally, and an outrun clone - Top Speed. I had outrun, but sold it. The clone's too close to justify both.

YEA! Congrats! It's a good feeling to have them going isn't it.
