Just heard from Lonnie that he'll be in the area tomorrow around noon to flip our Joust. I'll try to put up a live feed for anybody interested but for those of you local or semi-local feel free to stop by to watch. Should be a fun time.

For those not familiar with Maine, NY... it's near Binghamton and really easy to get to from I81, I86, rt17, and I88. PM for details.

He started 3 minutes ago at 12:50pm. Video should be streaming. :beerchug:

yup yup it is, streaming almost lag free.

wonder what the best way to clean those springs in the buttons are like he was talking about (naval jelly?)

1,000,000 down... 9 more to go.

Hopefully the flap button holds out... it seems to be acting up a little. I never noticed because I don't flap as fast as Lonnie does but it sticks and lags a bit.

Yeah, I don't know... I wish I figured that out beforehand though. Watching him play you really can tell at least 1/2 his deaths are from flap troubles. :(

He's a frickin' machine though... there is almost no wasted movement in his play. He almost never looks out of control.

he's super patient while playing i noticed.

Before he started did he adjust some of the leaf switches or was it a stick? (not that your machine isn't up to quality standards or anything)

He tweaked all the contacts to be *SUPER* sensitive... which makes sense if you are *THAT* good of a player. :) (probably explains why I've never adjusted them or noticed my flap button isn't 100%) :D

this is something i need to learn, it would improve my Robotron game.
