Thanks to the guys here in NOVA that helped me out on my trip today...met a couple of members here. It was hot and I'm a big boy, 100+ degree weather doesn't like me lol...and i'm damn beat right now...just got home after about 18 hours worth of fun.

picked up:
-pac man (gutted)
-rampage
-bowling (1979)
-Fantasy 95 in a Berzerk Cabinet that was also a Super Contra at some point.
-Gorf that was converted to Final Round or whatever?

-got a bunch of spare parts as well from the guy who sold me the 4 games from ebay.

all in all, a good trip...but i'm beat.

pics and all that tomorrow....just wanted to say thanks to the guys I met today...they know who they are.

LOL, the Rampage was a PITA wasn't it. Nothing like being within an inch away.

i had already stuffed 4 in there by the time i got back to your place...and i was about cooked at that point...lol...i am sure glad you helped me out with getting that door to closed or i might have just melted in the drive way lol.

side note, i tried to make friends with your dogs earlier and the bigger of the 3 was not having it...bit me a few times in the process but i tried lol.

I had the pleasure of unloading all 5 by myself this morning and pulling them up the hill in to the garage so i could take the uhaul back, once again, the Rampage was the fun one...man that thing is heavy and bulky...not as bad as the NFL Blitz, but close.

I'm sun burnt bad as well lol.

It was nice to meet you though, and sorry about the arrival time confusion, that was my fault all the way on that one.

Yeah, I want to see what condition the Pac and Rampage are in. I had a decent Rampage but the CPO was gone and the CPO was painted green.

Didn't the Rampage have wheels built right into it? I have a Power Drive, which is the same style cab and it has wheels and handles. Since it basically acts as its own hand truck, I consider it one of the easier games to move.

where's the pics?
they are packed in tight in the garage and its been raining all day so couldn't move them around much...will take some pics as soon as i can.

the pac is not the worst i've seen...not that great though.

yes it has wheels, but they do me no good when i have to pull it up a hill that is mostly gravel...it's to steep to back the trailer up...it would beach itself before the wheels of my blazer even hit the bottom. I couldn't back a 24 foot Uhaul up it either when i moved in here...so i have to unload stuff in the road at the bottom of the hill and pull it up on a dolly.

+1 made up story...??

yeah, i made it all up to impress the chicks here.

here are some pics, just went and took them since i had to go get the two CP's anyway.

How did the Rampage glass get cracked, or is that just a scratch reflecting?

its just a reflection of the quarter pusher's chrome T-molding...the Rampage screen made it just fine. If you notice in the other pic it's from a different angle and its in a different place on the screen. It kinda freaked me out when i saw it, so i went back down there to check if it was broken and all was well lol.

Got a chance to check out the Pac Man today...

it is SN# 36519 and looks like it was an original Pac Man that was converted over to a Pac Man Plus.

everything looks to be there but the monitor, back door, and one coin mech...it shows 26000+ plays on it...cabinet needs to be restored, new t molding, if not for the moisture damage along the bottom edges and the left side where people put hands while playing, the art work would have been ok. Top is particle board and needs to be either replaced or it might repair ok...not sure yet will hit it with some hardener and bondo and see how it goes. I guess I will have to take this down to the wood and order a stencil set. Will have to make a new back door for it as well.

Will convert it back to a regular Pac Man.

The power supply is in there but it looks like crap...not sure if it will work or not...can you use a switching power supply with these or does anyone sell these or refurb them? It's got a lot of grime and rust on it...looks like it might have gotten wet or something.
