Well,

Now I get to figure out how to use one! Picked up a 1630A tonight off of Craigslist, but I need the leads that plug into the pods.

Once I get those, I get to figure out how to use it to test pesky logic items that are difficult to check with a logic probe, such as those 74LS138 3-to-8 decoders.

WOOHOO!

I started a group at cosp for test equipment if you are interested. Nothing there yet, but hopefully soon we will be able to get some tutorials up to help us learn how to use all of this great equipment.

I know I am really looking forward to figuring out how to use all the stuff I bought last year.

Cool just joined, great idea:)

$60. I got to check it out before buying it and it passed all self tests. The guy was really cool to talk to and I'm hoping to get a couple of new sources for chips soon. ;)

Congrats! We used the 1630A back in college - it's build like a tank. I know the pods come up every so often on eBay.
