Hey there!

This is going to sound really, really stupid but I'm having a tough time installing an appropriate lock for my Pokemon Snap Station kiosk that I just recently obtained.

The kiosk had its original lock drilled out -- so I thought, "no problem, I'll just install a cam lock and there will be no issue."

I've tried all different sizes, positions, etc -- but the door will not lock.

I'll post some pictures here -- maybe I'm just stupid but I really want to get a working lock on this kiosk, as it's one of the only things left to do.

Thanks for the suggestions!

maybe I'm just stupid

you aren't stupid. you are victimized by a cam lock that is too short !
they sell all different sizes at home depot and Lowes. just try a longer one and it should work. measure the distance to get an approximate length.
when the locking arm swings out, its at the wrong angle to properly engage the coin door edge, or you can try and bend the locking arm into sort of a z shape to engage the door edge better so it doesn't snag better
also the cam locks should come with a second sized locking arm and maybe trying the other one might help you achive your desired results

nice looking unit bud
