Starts 3m in. Some background: the arcade general manager, Phillip Roth, was actually the son of the owner of Roth Novelty, Marvin Roth, who owned (or more accurately bankrolled them) the Top Dog chain (there were at least 3 locations - Wilkes-Barre, Dickson City, and Pittston). Rt. 115 (the road Top Dog in W-B was located) was later renamed Rt. 309. The old location is now a Japanese restaurant. Phillip Roth took over Roth Novelty when his father passed away. Roth Novelty was later renamed Superior Amusements when Phillip Roth was arrested for tax fraud in 1997 (basically because of not reporting income from illegal video poker games, which all the ops ran back then): https://www.timesleader.com/archive/1005807/ex-boss-of-roth-novelty-expected-to-plead-guilty
