Wow, some of these are impressive.

I neglected to take a camera with me when I shoved my Apollo 14 EM game into the back of my wife's Explorer. I had to move the front seats forward a bit that made it hard for me to get in and out of with about 1.5" to spare in the back for the tailgate to close. About 1" clearance from the top of the rear opening to the side of the game. It was on it's side. Wouldn't of fit on it's back. Car was totally packed!

Drove from near Redding to Portland with that load, then brought my Revenge From Mars back on the same trip.

Fun Times.

Somewhere on my home system I have a picture of when I picked up 3 Computer Space machines in the same load...I'll have to find that pic...

One of many bulk buys. This was a parts only trip, cabs were transported via trailer.

Before I moved, I tried and tried to shove Popeye into the back of my Chevy Tracker. Needless to say it didn't work. I need a truck.

Not mine, but what I had before I got a newer style of Tracker.

The wife's Honda Odyssey works great for 1 game runs. I even get to bring the my co-pilots with me. For bigger loads, ya gotta get out the big dog (I do wish it had a lift.....)

EDIT: I just realized that my youngest is wearing the same shirt in these 2 pics, even though they were taken 3 months apart. He sure loves that dinosaur shirt!

I still remember quite vividly the day I bought my first pin. Didn't have my drivers' license yet, and no friends with a truck. My cousin threw the backbox and legs in his car, and took it back to the house. We didn't even try to fit the body into the car, although it may have fit. Instead I pulled the body on a 'fridge dolly 4 blocks to my house.

Sorry I didn't get pix, didn't occur to me that in 10 years I would be posting this story to the internet.
