Living the dream! River City Arcade......games broken mostly.

Well I've been into arcade for going on a decade now. Mostly I buy and sell collect and trade parts like the printed circuit boards inside the cabinets. I have about seven cabinets and my wife is planning on killing me and secretly plotting to divorce me. Oh wait maybe I have them mixed up. Anyways I've always really wanted to get more into the hobby but like many people I lack the space and don't want my house to be a arcade, plus it's a 100 year old house I don't really trust it. I bought a track of land next to my house after they tore down my neighbor's house and want to put a nice sized garage on it and a shipping container on a pad in my back yard. That's going to cost 15-20k and right now and I'm finishing up college for at least a few more months (a couldn't find a job anyways) and am considering spending another year there to get a MBA. Anyways that kind of dough isn't coming my way real soon.
Around this time last year I salvaged a bunch of parts and made my money back and some parts and a few cabs jukes that needed work. I was remodeling and didn't want the machines in my house until I at least got done flooring a bunch of room and stored them were I found them for a few months. My machines got by that time mostly untouched and they charged me a pretty reasonable rate.

A local operator I've worked for in the past and done a lot of business with had a ton of games that needed help or just needed to get gone. I got to thinking...maybe I could rent a space from those people that stored the games for me. Id been looking at commercial space for a year and anything in my price range $200-400 a month was way to small and or to far away. So I asked them and sure enough they had a space that's been vacant for awhile now and well within my range.
It about 2,000 SQFT I'd guess and has a car port a freight truck loading dock and some offices and a utility sink.
It used to be a laser-tag arena or paintball place or something. Then it was a car garage and a small landscaping company was renting it.

The bad & ugly. It floods at River City, in fact its been empty since the last flood two years ago. There's currently no heat it has some lighting issues but a buddy of mines coming tomorrow to try and fix it. I don't play with live electrical. There's some mold and the place was filled with trash and an old car. It's all been cleaned now except one room.

My plans, to buy cheap project cabs and fix them. Not really restore most of them though. Sell them to collectors or small business owners and maybe get myself a machine or two out of it and have enough dough to get my garage and container in the next year or two.

Games Log & Pics of a couple of the games Ive run through so far:
