Just got this home and it looks like this now. It will sometimes be OK but most of the time looks like this pic. Any ideas? Not familiar with this monitor so not sure where I might start. lots of pots on neck board, and a couple on the chasis.

That looks like a WG 4600 to me. Try wiggling the two daughter cards while the game is powered up and see if the pic clears up. If this works you need to resolder the pins on the main board for the daughter cards.

Try adjusting the horizontal hold.
It's on one of those daughter boards and is labeled.
It may look like this:

Ok so on the Daughter board I adjusted the H.Hold and it stops running but the pic is still looking the same but no Horiz. moving. It sucks because It was fine and then turned it off and then when I powered back on scrambled.

Rebuild the monitor, making sure to reflow the pins to the daughter cards...

Yes, it's definately something in the horizontal sync section. I'm surprised that adjusting that pot didn't fix it.... did you try doing it with the monitor on? There's a small hole in the bracket to the right of the daughter board, you put a small screwdriver through the hole and it lines up with that metal can. You should be able to get it to snap in.

Usually if the horizontal sync is MISSING, the picture will scroll around all over the place. If it has those jagged lines, it's because the pot is misadjusted.

Ultimately like said above you'll need to recap the monitor and reflow the solder on the daughter board connections.

Make sure the sync wire on the connector goes to the bottom pin on the daughtercard...

Ok, well felt a little stupid but the way the monitor was mounted I could not see the pot on the daughter board. So alittle turn here and there I got it to line up. Probably should cap it but I think I will let the kids play a bit first. One other question? There are 2 boards in the cab. Do I need to remove the top one to get to the dips?

Looks like you've got one of the Yie Ar Kung Fu conversions that were installed on the GX361 Track & Field boardsets.

The dip switches are located on the top board on the middle top edge as you have it mounted...

OK, Great now I found them but my next and last question I hope is: They are different than the regular Yie ar board right? At least in all the pics and manuals it looks to be 3 sets of dips and this board on top has 2. So do I go to the Track and Field Manual for Dip setting in this case? Thanks again Steve.

I have no idea. Apparently the code was altered to run on that board. I read about it here:
