I just got done admiring the disaster that is my work room and thought this might make an interesting topic to see what people have cooking out there.

Here's my current "to-do" list:

- Road Blasters dedicated / used to work but now is just completely dead, I suspect a problem with the ARIII reg/audio board and/or the "big blue" power supply capacitor. I'm withholding significant repair efforts until I'm done with the Turbo and Buck Rogers, and will probably work the whole cab over cosmetically with maybe restored side art.

- Floor model IGT slot machine / Jams on large payouts, I suspect a fried-looking transistor on the main board but I'm not sure, the mechanics have been cleaned and seem in good working order.

- Turbo mini dedicated / My main project, I'm rehabing the whole thing from the cab to the electronics, I'd say I'm about 75% done not withstanding any major electronic problems. Can't find new side art anywhere damn it! :(

- Buck Rogers dedicated / Next in line right after Turbo, and boy this SOB needs a LOT of work! The cab needs a whole new side, kick panel, new CPO, side art, and an overall complete refinishing. The electronics and monitor currently are completely screwed for as of yet undetermined reasons, the included wiring harness was a total hack job.

- Williams board set / I am rounding up a complete set in an attempt to build a one-of-a-kind Alien Arena cab using the prototype ROMS... needless to say I've got a LONG way to go.

- Exidy Victory board set / It came stripped of EPROMs and memory chips but IMHO it's a cool game and I'd like to restore it to good working order, then hopefully give it it's own mini-cab someday.

- Monaco GP mini dedicated / I've got two cabs actually, both need significant cosmetic cab work and were stripped of their PCBs. I've got enough parts to restore one, the other will probably end up as some kind of conversion experiment.

- 60 in 1 PCB / It needs a good home, I haven't decided whether to use my Buck Rogers cab or more likely my extra Monaco GP, or perhaps just build it it's own mini from scratch.

- Spy Hunter mini / slowly rounding up parts and will design my own cab... or at least that's how the fantasy goes... Low on the priority list right now but I'd love to build it some day.

- Arcadia Select System motherboard / currently has Leaderboard Golf installed and is overall untested, I'd like to convert it to the ultra-rare Sidewinder and... yes... give it it's own cab. Would kill to get my hands on the mythical ROMs for NY Warriors and convert it to that, if they even really exist in arcade form.

Here's what I've got:

Playchoice 10:
Need assembly and games. I have the harness in it, and the CP wired up, just have to mount the cage, and wire a new plug for the Isolation Transformer to the power brick

Red Tent:
Have obtained all the correct buttons for it. One side CP done, other side needs cleaned/painted and two buttons replaced. Red part, one side painted on the outside, inside still needs paint.

Neo Geo 6 slot MVS:
Need to wire up the harness, and get a power supply for it. Just going to use a small computer supply for the time being. Also, need to test the monitor with a RGB input.

That's all my projects... and all my cabs :p

I'm working on a Super Punchout. This is part 1 of 9. :) I'm going to work on adding the CPO tomorrow. I've got it primed, painted and sanded already. I just need to add the CPO and remove the adhesive. Since this is my first time, I'm a little nervous. Wish me Luck.

Awesome game all around, and it has great resale value so it ought to be worth the effort regardless!

Sitting here in the garage, so let's see...

Missile Command:
Current project, 90% complete. Stripped the bad CPO, gotta clean and respray the control panel and then apply the new one. Board is queued up at bit_slicer's. Rest of the cabinet restoration is complete, monitor should be good to go.

These will be emu cabs, still gotta strip them down completely, repair the bodies, spray, cut a new control panel, and finish setting up the PCs.

Still a Choplifter. Have a boardset, but it needs repair work. Cabinet wont need much work, and the hall effect stick is on the shelf.

Omega Race:
Chewed up rear of cab needs work, plus side art. Boards may be okay, have a monitor waiting for transplant.

Sea Devil:
This is gonna need a full teardown and restoration. Should be an interesting project icn the next year or two.

Interstellar:
Stick went to museum, boards to a collector. Cab is in decent shape, Daphne PC is almost all set to go.

Mappy:
Bought this back from a friend... Needs minor cosmetic work, and plays blind. Honestly, haven't really looked into it yet

Not many of these EM arcade games around :)

That will be a monumental restore, I will watch with great interest when you start :)

Man, I went from one or two little projects to 9 or 10 quickly over the past month...

1. Centipede needs to be sanded down, filled, painted, and sideart applied.

4. Space Encounters#1 needs PCB help.
5. Space Encounters#2 needs PCB help and a monitor rebuild.
6. Super Hang-On needs a cap-kit.
7. Gorgar blows a fuse every so often so I need to look at that.
8. Wizard of Wor cabaret needs a back door.
9. Battlezone#2 needs to be put back together with a non-periscope kit.
10. Long time project Mr. Do needs cabinet reworked(it's in a wrong style Universal cabinet so the control panel doesn't fit correctly).
11. Lock 'n Chase has a minor sound issue that needs to be looked at.

Ugh... that's too much work this time of year... guess I'll just go back to drinking my :coffee: on the deck while listening to the birds. :)
