Wow.
I cannot get a good pic to show it, however, the white black light -http://www.bulbman.com/index.php?main_page=product_bulb_info&products_id=18464
is absolutely a must in this game!

I had a bulb in there that was burned out, forgot how cool the backdrop looks!

Also, I installed 1895 bulbs in the marquee area which were also burned out - http://www.bulbman.com/index.php?main_page=product_bulb_info&products_id=18464

Nice!

Question though...
Is there an LED replacement for 1895 bulbs? Didn't see much in the pin world, but did see some in the car dash areas.

Anyone use anything different for their game?

It's even better with a new moon and colored film from Richgraphics.

Moon is already in good shape from being covered in crud...
Plus, TOG has been out of moons for a while.

The colored strips are something I've been looking at, however, my monitor has the original and appears acceptable.

Love that page! Absolutely a good read.

Absolutely white black light is a must. Ill have to look into the new color strips. Mine only has the green

I briefly had a SI. I wasn't worried about the white blacklight thingy as the monitor had a sync problem. I got the machine for free and not wanting to mess with the monitor myself, I unloaded it for $100. Still want one someday.

That's a shame...
You could have adapted a color monitor to it.

I love me some SI!
Makes me want to listen to some Huey Lewis...

I ditched the incandescent bulbs for a cold cathode unit. The screen printing on my glass was just starting to show signs of thermal damage and I really didn't want to contribute to it any longer. Allthough I prefer the incandescent look for its authenticity, the continous cathode unit looks pretty good and its a good match for the internal black-light in terms of its 'cool' white color.
