They're 555's. Very common in many games.
Do yourself a favor and replace them with red frosted LED's, and never have to replace them again. I get mine from pinballbulbs.com, but there are plenty of other sources:

The LEDs look indistinguishable from the originals from the outside (I've compared side by side), and also give a cool-looking red glow when you open the coin door. I converted all of my games' doors to LED, and never looked back.
You don't have to own a pinball to order LEDs. There are plenty of places that sell LEDs

...White is ok, but it would be nice to have a variety. I also like the ones with the diffused lenses as well....

I typically match the LED color to the color of the return button. Gives a nice glow when you open the door.
