Symptom: Monitor,no picture, can hear fans spinning.
And game sound.
Remove Door left back near fender.May have to cut out
door if never open before, thru decal 4 wood screws.
The Monitor is a Toshiba DLP Projection use a Dlp Lamp
#75007111 number on Lamp Y-196
Don't touch the the lamp face with fingers..keep it clean.
Need to keep luvers clean and air flow for monitor.
Tip, need to set the lamp power settings in customer menu to low..
to save lamp life, lamp will just last longer, picture still looks good,in the cab.

Need flashlite to see screw, just loosen one screw on lamp Door
then pull away door.
Don't remove the two screws on lamp housing
just loosen the screws and pull on handle on lamp.
New screws come with a new Lamp housing.
Screws have a locking washer to keep the person
from loosing the screws.
This model is virtually a Toshiba 62mx196 just like a home DLP Projection.
You can't see control panel on monitor, but there are diag status Leds,
but from experience the Lamp is very common failure. This one imploded
to pieces, not all of them implode they just don't fire up and the arc tube
is still good.

Excellent Picture and Big.

Right, My Lamp lasted around 4 years, thats good!!
I believe its a 2006 model.
I think in general DLP has the best picture!
But when using Optics the dust can get in,need to keep clean
around monitor for best picture.
Anyway i got the Service flow charts for the chassis line
if anyone needs a copy just Send me your e-mail thru a PM
I will send over a Smart Pdf from Toshiba.
