Have a Lethal Enforcers arcade that I picked up for dirt cheap and am having problems getting any sound. Checked speaker wire to both speakers and its good. On the test menu sound is turned all the way up. Only time you get sound out of the speakers is when you exit the game menu and it will make like a beep sound out of both speakers. Is there a sound adjustment somewhere inside the cab that I might have overlooked?

Those are part of the family of boards that have a pesky ceramic module with leaking capacitors on them. When the caps leak, the module gets damaged, and the sound goes out.

If you just buy another board this will eventually happen to it also. Clean it good and try replacing the caps. If that doesn't work buy a working one, clean it up and replace the caps before it fails.

im currently at work but can anyone tell me the voltage and uf value of the caps that need replaced? I appreciate it.

Keep in mind that this is ONLY the top layer of the module.

There are more components on the bottom side, including a custom Konami chip so this diagram only serves to help you fix your module, not to create a replacement one.
