hi, im new to arcade machines, and i picked up a Lethal Avengers 2 Arcade game from a neighbor that was moving.

it seems as though its not getting any power, when plugged in, nothing happens, and the psu fan wont even come on.

anyone have any ideas that may help

Have you checked the fuses? checked all the power and interlock switches? Checked at the line filter that power was actually getting into the cab?

where are the fuses at? and i have no idea what the other things you mentioned are..

Make sure the game is unplugged. Follow the power cord into the game.
it should go to the power supply. Do you have a multimeter??
Where are you located, someone maybe near you to help:confused:

Fuses are usually located on the inside bottom of the cabinet. Sometimes there will be a round black fuse holder on the power supply itself.

Do you get any signs of life when you turn on the switch at the top of the cabinet? Marquee light up? Any sounds? Coin door lights on?

im located in pinckney, michigan, i will check the fuses in a few and report back, and no, i get absolutely nothing when i flip the switch.

I can not recall how the A/C side is wired to branch out to the marquee from the PS...but I bet your game has a PC like power supply correct? You mentioned no fan on the PSU. Have a hole in back of the cab where the PSU is exposed with a plug that takes a standard PC power cord? If that's the case there is not a fuse prior to the supply...save for any fuse in the supply. There may be an externally accessible fuse on the supply. The PSU may be just bad.

Again, I can not recall how the marquee is fed power. The A/C has to split somewhere. Could just be a simple wiring issue.

All this is memory from one I had a long time ago. It was a factory LE converted to an LE2. At the end of the day...that "kit" could go in any cab in any config so any or all of my comments may invalid.
