Basically, I want to buy some metalworking equipment and need some cash to fund it. I will cap your Sanyo EZ for $75.00 which includes the deluxe cap kit from bob roberts and return shipping costs.

All chassis will be tested prior to work being done and before being returned for shipping. Additional repairs or parts will be extra. PM if interested, thanks!

Brandon has done a few cap kits and other work for me. Very honest and does good quality work. Fast turn around time to boot. A good KLOVer!

I just hope he dosen't get to busy to help his buddy J out.........

Thanks for the kind words man. My door is always open...as long as you have some beer in your hand. :)

Thinking about this...

Will you do the audio board too? And test the B+?

Bigtime noob here, really don't want to brick my Kong, and $75 aint bad by the time I buy the soldering iron, solder, multimeter, discharging stuff, etc. etc. And then I'd have to actually DO the caps.

If you send the board out to pull it off you will still need to discharge the monitor but you don't need to spend any money. A screwdriver and some wire you will be all set, just do a search for discharging monitors, pretty easy. If you have never done one send it to Brandon and you will be set. He can test everything and make sure it is good before you get it back and the price is good.

Sorry I haven't checked this thread in a few days. Yes I can cap your audio board for an additional $15.00 (includes parts) and adjust your B+ to spec.

Guys: Something you probably all know but to make sure: Make sure you super-pack these chassis. They are super brittle and can crack easily during shipping.

Good call on the packaging. I have received some in the past that I have purchased that arrived in 3 pieces. :(
