Anyone use this is their arcade? Would like to have one that can change colors (be programmed)...Whats the best place to get this stuff? Also seeing some cool 'led neon' lights which seem cool as well...Thanks!

I use a 3 wire LED rope tucked into cove trim around the game room.

Pardon the crappy video, the color goes from red to purple to blue and back again very smoothly, that video was taken with a digital still camera that has movie mode, so..

The controller has other effects and speeds, I found the slow fading to be the best choice for not making guests have seizures from the strobbing lights.

Got the rope on Ebay.

Do they make a chasing led that you can add on to.I have multi colored LED lights n my gameroom but they dont do anything. One thing about LED is their safer for indoors since they wont get hot against the walls.

Wow, that looks amazing! I'll have to consider that for my new game room. Do you combine that with blacklights, and if so, how do you like the combination? And it looks pretty dark in the video, but do you get enough overall lighting in the room between the LED ropes and any blacklighting you use? I'm going to be experimenting to figure out what will work well, but it would be good to start with an educated guess. :)

Thanks, was a bit of work but turned out very cool. The room is actually brighter than it appears in the video. There are 2 2 bulb black lights (with the diffusers off now) as well. Once the games are on with the screens and marquees there is plenty of light to see by and still have the black light effect. Although I did switch all my marquee lights to Black light white bulbs (BLW) to dim things down.

It wasnt that expensive, either. I think under $150 for the 75 feet of 3 wire led, and $60 for the special fade controller.
