I have some excess of these. Random assortment of date codes. All pass blank check. I just randomly programmed some (out of the portion I'm keeping) and they all programmed and verified fine.
They can substitute for a variety of PAL devices used on arcade boards. See the section of the datasheet attached below. Note a jedec read from an existing PAL will require reprocessing to burn to this GAL which is a function of your device programmer software. If you programmer can't do this or screws it up you might be looking at going back to the equations are regenerating a new JEDEC.
