Picked this up yesterday. Got it home swapped out some fuses and zip tied the interlock switches and plugged it in. It powers up the lights. It needs a monitor but that will have to wait for now.

Anyway I need some help with this. Its missing the mcr power board. I ordered the mcr switcher adapter and power supply from arcadeshop, but is this all I need for this?

I am missing a few odds and ends hopefully someone can help.
I am missing:
obviously both back doors
All screws for the joystick
All screws for the shroud
Monitor
Upper bracket for the marquee
Joystick insert

Did it come with boards? You also need a joystick. Also I'm gonna warn ya, that metal bracket between the shroud and the blacklight cover is not easy to come by. But hey, welcome to the Tron club my man!

Also just an FYI, if you pull the interlock switches out they will stay on.

Have working PCB and repo joystick. Just no screws for it. Oh so there a metal bracket that's supposed to go there? Hmm. Alright add that to the list of needs then.

Yes, the 4 screw holes at the bottom of the shroud is where it mounts. The bottom of the bracket covers the screws on the blacklight housing upper section.

Tron lives!!!

Thought id update on the progress. Its alive! I did find that the dual amp is only working on one side so I ordered another to replace it. The chip with the heat sync on the amp has a huge hole blown through it.
