I have been wanting to get a nice workbench for my electronics work for some time. It never dawned on me to search Craigslist for anything other than Arcade games. I'm still getting it setup, but wanted to share. :)

I have a bunch of spare brackets for it and there is a large power strip that mounts between the two sides with six outlets in groups of two. It needs a power cord put on it since it looks to have been connected to the building wiring before. You can't really tell in the photo, but the thing along the top is a two tube fluorescent light. Anyway, I am stoked!

Is it time for another workstation thread? :D

Interesting. I have the same plastic bins for parts.

That not withstanding, it's a nice looking bench though. :)

You shop at Fry's? :D The place I got the bench had these cool four sided bins that spin around. He wanted way too much money for them though.

That work bench looks nice ! I'd look forward to working on stuff if I had a nice setup like that . My work bench right now is anything flat I can lay a board on and start soldering .

That is exactly why I was wanting one. :) I used a fold out table from Costco for a while and an old computer workstation, and even on top of pinball machines. We have some really nice lab benches at work that I would of loved to have. This is probably even better though since it is modular it was not too bad breaking it down and piecing it together in my (upstairs) home office.
