Love them or hate them, it doesn't change the fact that I am the proud new owner of a dual screen Nintendo Playchoice 10. It's the typical Punchout cabinet that was converted to the PC 10 in around 1988.

I purchased it from a theater that had it stored in a prop room. The cab is a little rough, but nothing that can't be restored. There's absolutely no burn in on the screens! The only real down sides are that the previous owner no longer had the keys (though the locks are unlocked) and it is missing the back panel to the cabinet. Guess it will run cooler that way. lol

The 10 included games are included in the photos below. I will want to replace a couple though. Most likely get Super Mario Brothers 3 and Dr. Mario.

Good list of games and nice looking cab too . One day I'd like to get one .

I can beat Metroid in about 45 minutes .

Thanks. I was happy to get it.

This machine was located approximately 300 miles from my home. Fortunately my job required me to drive there in one of the work trucks and I picked it up during my lunch break.

Not a bad get. Looks clean. I wouldn't personally mind to have one if it wasn't for the lack of space.

I'm not sure where I stand on those. They are neat but I don't know if I want one. Seems like most of the games can be played on the NES. I don't know if I could come up with 10 games to put on one. Still cool, though. That's a good pickup story.

Rygar

Funny I was just downstairs testing the 1.1 bios on my PC. I was playing Rygar for like 3 mins and was then thinking... I don't like this game.

How much did you play for your Dual Monitor version? For those that are really curious about it, it's really just for a collection. I mean I paid $50+ for Dr Mario cause I was dead set on a puzzle game for it and then came to the realization eventually that it's the same exact thing as my NES version.

Running the SMB2 Lost Levels roms in a PC10 are pretty cool although... so is playing on a vintage Nintendo joystick for all of these NES games.

I paid $300 for it, which fit perfectly in my arcade machine budget. I still want to change a couple of games out though. Got to make room for SMB3 and Dr. Mario.

That Punch-Out!! is dying to get out of that silly PlayChoice-10 costume. I can tell just by looking.
