latest addition: Williams Sinistar

Welcome to the club. Sinistar is one of those games that people don't "get" until they can play it for free. If you are pumping quarters into it, it is a money pit. But at home on free play, it is awesome. I had a blast working with the Sinistar team when they were making the game. And I still love it when I crank it up at home.

2 questions.
Does the dedicated Sinistar cab have a 49 way joy?
Any difference between a sinister board or a multi Williams as far as play or graphics?

Jrok's multi williams does, no other worthy ones... You'd need a 49-way and a crooked neck (as its vertical) to really enjoy it, and $$$ as the jrok board is no longer available

Search around theres tons of info and examples

my high score 187,460 (a few weeks ago, level 4)

this thing was more popular than expected at the party... its such a hard game... but beer after beer i got worse and worse explaining how to play to the un-initiated and it was still pretty popular...

of course the sounds were a big draw

its too bad the instruction cards weren't backlit on this or really all games... hard to see in the dark arcade but could have kept players when i wasn't around to help

I got mine finally (haven't posted about it yet). Does the attract mode have sound? I haven't messed with the dips yet.

Yup factory settings, and thanks!

Congrats ghostnuke, its a great one, no attract sound that i've seen on williams hardware
