Link to PCB list:

  • The google list is very close to complete, but there are definitely more boards that aren't on there. Off the top of my head, there's a few Dragon's Lair/Space Ace main boards, a couple Nintendo (probably Popeye), couple more Gauntlet boards, about 17 totes of smaller boards, (monitor chassis, random auxiliary boards, etc.)
  • The great majority of the boards are untested. I've seen a couple labeled 'dead' and some labeled 'working'.
  • Location is Columbus, Ohio.
  • It's a combination of an operator's inventory and my collection over the past 35 years.
  • There's over 100 marquees, a few dozen glass bezels, a few dozen control panels, Laserdisc players, 50-ish Laserdiscs, thousands of manuals and flyers, about 100 pieces of NOS side art, a few vector monitors, etc.
  • You can e-mail me to schedule a time/day to inspect the stuff in person. [email protected]

$30,000 for everything, bring a truck or two.

I can see the spreadsheet fine now.

You should consider shipping. They're already all in USPS boxes! Just slap a label on those puppies. ;)

But seriously, GLWTS. Lots of good stuff there.

Awesome collection!! It's a lot of boards for a lot of money. And just to confirm, you're not open to selling chunks of boards/art/crt's? I don't think you want to sell 1 off, but groups of 10 or 50?

Not at this time. If there's no interest, we'll consider breaking it up into smaller lots.

from my experience, i would not use those USPS boxes. I know others have done it im sure. I bought two boards here from a klov'er and they arrived damaged. those boxes are too thin.

just my .02

This is an very important point. What I do is reinforce the insides with additional cardboard cut to fit. Basically a box inside the USPS box so you get the added protection with the cheaper shipping rate.

yep, that could work. anything to prevent the box from collapsing could have helped avoid the damage. unfortunately he never responded when i contacted him about it

I'll add:

- A lot of people don't give a shit about the stuff they are selling "it's used and old so who cares if the board arrives with a broken corner or any other damage".
- Wrapping a board using just 2 layers of bubble wrap is not "good packaging".
- Some sellers get offended when you ask them to pack your board well.
- Some sellers will tell you they know how to pack when you ask them to wrap the board well but then it comes barely wrapped and/or loose inside the shipping box.
- Some sellers will do the opposite when you ask them to wrap the board well.
- And... if your board arrives damaged because the packaging sucked, some sellers will tell you they have sold many boards before and this is the first time got one damaged.

Sorry to derail the thread. Good luck with the sale, tons of boards there.

i wouldnt say didnt care but it was presumed to have been working, although no guarantee of course
the hope of having a working pcb flew out the window when it was damaged because those boxes suck

I did ask due to a prior experience, didnt seem to be offended

I dont think that was the case

that was said before it was shipped, no response after i reached out

me too, just to say that I would never use a USPS box to ship pcbs

Amazon boxes are usually good enough although their quality has gone down too. I have a pretty good surplus because my mom single handedly supports their operations on the west coast. :) also, you can easily find good thick boxes on trash day that get left out, people dont bother to break them down for the most part. not kiddin
