Would this be okay, is krylon an enamel? Would these two react or should i be good to go?

THe two different solvents is where your peoblem will be.. if the primers still damp it could react with the paint.. once dry dry should be ok. DO a few dust coats to make sure, sand back downto get rid if roughness then spray with the black with a few wet coats...

The primer dries within 15mins, totaly cures within a day so i should be good the next day to sand the primer with 400 and shoot the black on
