Kortek Monitor with lines going across top (input needed)

Has anyone haad this problem or seen this problem? I got a 19" Kortek newer monitor in a game and I'm getting about 8 horizontal lines going across the top of the screen only. Everything else looks great.

Do you have a vertical linearity pot you can adjust? Decrease the vertical size and see if it goes away....

Don't want to sound like a broken record, but I had horizontal lines on my 19" Kortek and a cap kit fixed it. Here's a picture to show you how mine looked.

I know you said that it's newer, but just sharing my experience.

While your lines go a different way and aren't wavy, I had a few leaky caps, so there may have been 2 or 3 video problems showing simultaneously.

If you decrease your v. size and the picture gets better, then it looks like a cap or two around your v. output.

Yes it does. The lines appear to just be on the top of the monitor not the top of the image.

Is yours the same monitor as the Kortek KTN-2001. Where did get the cap kit? Does Bob Roberts sell it?
