Does anyone have the Cap Map for this chassis,The Kortek KT-2001 SF I got the cap kit from Bob Roberts and thought it was the K1-2VOA,most of the caps are identical except a few.I want to double check the values before I fire it up

that doesn't look right either ,I cannot find the # on the main chassis the number on the neck board is K1-2-VO,the number on the cage around the flyback is KT-2001-sf ,I know the caps on C213,C614,C615 are 160v 100uf,the cap kit for the K1-2-VOA are almost right but some locations are different or missing such as C614,C615

It was the Kortek K1-2 VO ,the one manual was identical to the chassis I have, there were some locations that are stamped different on my chassis,Don't know why but I figured it out
Thanks!!

I got this a while back from Bob too, and noticed a few caps were replaced with ones of different uf values. I asked him about this and he told me that they were updated per service documents at some point in the past. Provided you got the correct cap kit, and the included sheet of paper matches the values of the caps in the kit, you're probably safe putting them in.

I am ready to fire this baby up and there is a jumper (JC) and two posts nearby, W1 and W2. If appears, from studying the schems, that the jumper had something to do with bringing C413 into the picture.
Plugged into W2, it will do nothing but plugged into W1,it will connect to the yoke.
I think I will try it plugged into W2 as there is C412 running parallel to it.
Keep your fingers crossed.

Point is mute as there is no HV, just a low (in volume) high pitched whine. I guess I am going to have to replace the HVT.

I found an old kit that I had for a KTA-915, would anyone know if I could use this HVT in the 2001?
Thanks
Jeff
