Kortek 2001 SF B Boost? Is it possible there isn't an adjustment pot?

I've been reading many threads regarding this monitor, most refer to other monitor models to cover the chassis board. Using one that Ken Layton posted in an earlier thread for an Imperial Monitor:

on page 11. Other manuals posted on the subject also show the B+ adjustment located in the upper right hand quarter of the chassis to the left of the filter cap. All adjustment pots and for the most part most components on the board I have are identical to the link above, with the exception that there doesn't seem to be a pot for adjusting the B+.

my board:

Most diagrams locate the adjustment pot where R614 is located. Any ideas as I want to start troubleshooting but want to test the b+ before replacing stuff.

Thanks,

(last monitor post of the evening..I promise :D )

modessitt, not sure which one did the trick, but recap + reflow of solder = working kortek monitor :) (needs a degaus though) Thank you!

Out of curiousity though, is there a way to adjust the B+ on these monitors or is it all controlled by the caps?

Not sure. Some models don't allow it, and others might have a pot, but put glue on it to keep it from being fiddled with....
