First off I will not be offering this service any longer at future Kong Offs.

The whole debacle of asking the players to sign each marquee is such a headache.

This year for some reason, as we slid the marquees together to be signed they garnered small scratches in the paint.

I was sick over it.

Solutions, return the marquees for a full refund. I will even cover shipping. I am having another run of fifty made (already paid rich from TOG) and they will be perfect. Not just signed. Please understand the multitude of hats I am currently wearing and refuse to read this site anymore.

If you are unhappy just call or email me direct 908.797.7901. Or email [email protected] and I will make good.

I will be discussing this on our webshow in ten minutes

Chuck Norris asked for number 72 Kong Off marquee. But after much debate, Richie Knucklez swept his leg and said "no more". Chuck Norris fled the scene.

Richie, Was gone for the holidays.. I emailed you for your address, I cant read it on the original package.. If you dont have a nice one to exchange, I will take one of the new unsigned ones that TOG is running:) Not looking for a refund, just a exchange.. Mine is really bad... Not concerned with what Serial number I get :)

Thanks, Dan

I think the easiest way to handle something like this is to have the players check in when they arrived and sign them.
The marquees could be left at another table next to the check-in table to be signed.
An employee could handle the signing process freeing Richie for other stuff.
The only thing left would be to match up requested numbers, then pack them up and mail.

The back of the marquees needed to have a protective coating like last years did so that the screening would not get scratched. This would have prevented all of the scratching that has happened. I understand that they are handled by a number of people, and it is great that we got these signed again.
