which pcb's will work with a konami classics pinout? is there a list somewhere? how difficult would it be to convert to jamma?

I have a Gyruss, and often play Circus Charlie in it. I also have Time Pilot, Track n Field, and Roc-n-Rope. I have found that my Track & Field doesn't match up properly with the controls as I have to move my Joystick back and forth to run and then push up to jump....
