**Please post your scores by Sunday!**

This is the official thread for Season 1, week 2. REPLY HERE WITH YOUR TWO (2) SCORES! This is week 2 of 8.

This is an offshoot of pinzach's RGPL. Thanks to Pinzach for starting this all!

Everything here is experimental and subject to change as we go along. I liked Zach's RGPL, and just miss it, so I want to bring something like it back.

Please read the rules, provided by pinzach, at:
http://www.pinzach.com/rules.htm

Also note the list of qualified machines and medians at:
http://www.pinzach.com/rgp medians.htm

We will be probably be scoring for eight weeks with two throw outs (throw outs will still count toward the median).

**Please post your scores by Sunday!**

Pics are optional. But encouraged especially for awesome scores.

LMK if you have any questions.

This is the official thread for Season 1, week 2. REPLY HERE WITH YOUR TWO (2) SCORES in this format:

Monopoly
32,345,670
23,342,950

- or -

Monopoly: 32,123,560
TSPP: 48,120,000

Thanks, and good luck!

Some games have tougher medians to get than others. Especially the more popular ones.

This morning's league scores....

BSD:

919,044,400
490,596,940

My overall scores and consistancy have improved since I installed NOS blood red flipper bats earlier this week. I have been kicking some ass (for me at least) without the insane amount of SDTM drains. Prior to these league games I actually increased the pitch a bit, it almost seemed unfair to keep the ball in play so long after playing with the short lightning flippers :)

OOPS! I just realized this thread is for week two in particular. My scores posted above are for week 3. No thread for that yet :(

Where can you get those flippers? Are they the shorter lightning flippers or something else? Wasn't yellow the standard color that came with the machine?

The "blood red" flippers are standard length Williams flippers that were designed to be released on BSD. The shot layouts were designed with standard length flippers in mind, not the short ones. Williams opted to go with the short lightning bolt flippers due supposedly to pressure from UK distributers to do so. The lightning bolt flippers decrease ball time and therefor increase profits, in theory. I personally like the look of the yellow lightning bolt flippers better, but gameplay with the normal length ones is much less frustrating.

I got my set of blood red flippers from a member on the RGP forum. The are a darker red than the typical Williams red flippers, and they match the red on the PF directly above them and the red of the ramp decals.

I'd love to get a set of those flippers - if you have any leads, let me know.

I've also been looking for a set of lightning flippers and can't seem to find them either.
